CHOSUN NC-316L Stainless Steel Welding Electrode | AWS E316L-16 | Marine & Chemical Grade SMAW Electrode

Low-Carbon Stainless Electrode for 316L Steel, Corrosive Environments & Critical Industrial Fabrication

CHOSUN NC-316L is a premium low-carbon stainless steel covered welding electrode designed for welding 316 and 316L austenitic stainless steels where superior corrosion resistance and weld reliability are required. Classified as AWS A5.4 E316L-16, it provides excellent resistance to corrosion, especially in chloride-containing and chemical environments.

The low carbon content of NC-316L helps minimize carbide precipitation during welding, maintaining corrosion resistance in the heat-affected zone. It offers stable arc performance, smooth bead appearance, easy slag removal, and dependable mechanical properties for demanding industrial applications.

CHOSUN NC-316L is widely used in chemical processing equipment, marine structures, pharmaceutical equipment, food processing systems, stainless steel piping, pressure vessels, and corrosion-resistant industrial fabrication.
